Doshi, a recognized process coach and a strong technical leader, will have responsibility for leading the company's product development team to a new level of excellence.

Doshi joins Community Connect's executive team from Instrumental Services Inc, his own successful consulting practice. With a proven track record and strong industry experience, Doshi has mastered all nuances of software development from designing robust and highly scalable applications to implementing ultra-efficient product development and management process. Doshi is a passionate hands-on leader, who has diverse and in-depth experience advising and helping various organizations like AOL Time Warner, Merck, MDS Sciex, ADP in different roles from Management Coach to Process Coach to Principal Engineer to Architect.
