Community Connect Inc.'s Diversity Recruiting Solution Begins 2004 with New Name, Over 800,000 Ethnic Job Seekers, and Averaging 5.2 Million Unique Monthly Visitors.

New York, New York -- Community Connect Inc. announced today a name change for its online diversity-recruiting solution, formerly known as Diversity Job Market. The new name, CommunityConnectJobs, will be effective January 1, 2004 and will provide a more cohesive meaning for employers and job seekers in today's complex job market.

The decision to change names came after Community Connect Inc. received feedback from its many clients that on-line communities are critical in their search for diverse job seekers and that the company's sites (AsianAvenue.com, BlackPlanet.com, and MiGente.com) are the influential component of Community Connect Inc.'s diversity recruiting solution. "We think the new name is going to consolidate our identity for our clients and our communities," said Benjamin Sun, President and CEO of Community Connect Inc.

In addition to its new name, CommunityConnectJobs will begin the New Year with over 800,000 active job seekers. However, increasingly more important to hiring companies is their ability to reach passive job seekers. Understanding this need, Community Connect developed a solution that, according to comScore Media Metrix, provides companies an opportunity to reach over 5.2 million unique monthly visitors via AsianAvenue.com, BlackPlanet.com and MiGente.com, the largest English speaking ethnic internet sites in North America.
