Job Purpose/Objective

The Sr. Sales Producer will be responsible for producing and developing custom sales products including: sweepstakes, microsites, contests, ad media, games and email campaigns. The Sr. Sales Producer will work closely with the CSG production team and the Account Mgmt team to develop timelines and specifications for all sales initiatives. The Sr. Producer will work with the Sr. Director of Ad Products and Sales Production to develop new sales ideas and initiatives, manage the sponsorship calendar and create sponsorship programs. The producer will also work closely with site managers and the User Experience team to ensure integration of ad sales initiatives is seamless on our sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Produce custom Ad Sales proposals
  • Create and implement Sponsorship programs like Black History Month and Black Music Month
  • Produce and facilitate the development of microsites, email marketing campaigns, custom tools and ad media for CCI's ad sales clients
  • Work closely with the Sr. Director of Ad Products and Sales Production on custom program development and ideation

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Website development project management skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree- preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Business
  • 4-5 years of interactive advertising experience
  • Proficient in HTML
  • Efficient computer skills- Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, the ability to take direction
  • Eye for detail with keen analytical skills
