• Working closely with product managers and developers on cross-functional teams, integrating QA into the rapid feedback loop of accepting and rejecting features
• Working closely with product managers to help define and write requirements
• Creating Baseline Suites to test various builds for stability and functionality
• Generate test scripts to automate regression and functional testing
• Create and execute manual test scripts and maintain existing automated test scripts
• Analyze and review discrepancies resulting from executed test
• Manage defects utilizing the bug reporting tool
• Develop performance testing scripts for existing and new applications
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues with assigned applications and work processes
• Automate front-end and back-end functionality
• Help create maintenance plan for both new and existing application based on test scripts
• Perform extensive Functionality, Integrity, Security, GUI and Regression testing
• Generate and maintain QA reports, including various metrics such as bug progression, status performance evolution and test coverage to convey quality status across teams

• Strong Knowledge of Automation. - Mercury Tools preferred (Quick Test Pro)
• 5 or more years experience as a QA tester testing database driven WEB based applications
• 3 or more years of experience writing automated accepted tests for web applications
• 5 or more years of experience testing applications driven by relational databases like Oracle
• Experience authoring test cases and test procedures
• Must have experience with multiple operating systems and browsers

• Load and stress testing web applications
• Experience leading and mentoring individuals and teams
• Knowledge of a UNIX type operating system (preferably Linux)
• Experience with open-source test tools such as Fit, FitNesse or Canoo WebTest a plus
• Programming in any language a plus
