PAID TIME OFF Employees accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) based on years of service.
HOLIDAYS There are 8 company paid holidays per year.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT Reimbursement up to $2,500 per calendar year. Eligibility is based on full-time hire date.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT Employees may participate in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), a tax-advantaged way to pay for medical or day care expenses. Allows you to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses using pre-tax dollars.

Health Care:
Employees may set aside up to $2,400 annually (calendar year) to pay for eligible health care expenses, e.g., doctor visit co-pays, deductibles, prescription drugs, etc.

Dependent Care:
Employees may set aside up to $5,000 annually (calendar year) to pay for eligible dependent care expenses, e.g., daycare, baby-sitters, etc.

Flexible spending dollars are use it or lose it.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM To help maintain a healthy work-life balance, the Employee Assistance Program is a one-stop resource that offers consultation, information, and personalized community referrals, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for you and your family members.
REFERRAL BONUS

$1,000 Referral Bonus available for full-time referrals when the referred candidate is hired and successfully completes three months of employment.

Referral bonus will be paid out only if the referrer and referral are both still employed at CCI.

Referral bonus is subject to taxes.
